Anna Sharkey is a Managing Director and HR Business Partner. In this role, Anna partners with businesses and the global HR team to develop a comprehensive people and talent management strategy, which includes organizational design, training and development.

Before joining Blackstone, Anna was the Global Head of Talent at S&P Global. She was responsible for talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership & career development, as well as HR M&A. She has also held senior HR roles at Barclays, Citi and Enron, working out of Norway, South Africa, UK and US.

Anna earned her BSc in Social Science/Social Work from Lund University, Sweden and her MBA from University of Wales, College of Cardiff, UK.

Marc Dietrich is a Managing Director on the Institutional Client Solutions (ICS) team within Blackstone Credit focused on institutional marketing, business development and client relationships. Marc has over 20 years of institutional sales and investment management experience, including in both buy-side and sell-side roles.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Dietrich was a Sr. Institutional Client Advisor with Neuberger Berman. Prior to that, he was an Executive Director with Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Allianz Global Investors. He began his career in Chicago with Capital Markets roles with Morgan Stanley and First Analysis. 

Mr. Dietrich holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and he has been awarded the CAIA designation. 

Sarah Jiang is a Managing Director with Blackstone Credit.

Before joining Blackstone, Ms. Jiang was a Managing Director at AQR. She was a portfolio manager for several of AQR's systematic multi-asset and tax-aware solutions.

Ms. Jiang received a B.S. in Economics and a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Matt Bucci is a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for External Relations, supporting Public Affairs, Marketing and ESG functions across Blackstone.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Bucci served as Senior Counselor to U.S. Department of Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo, whom he also held a leadership role with during her tenure as Governor of Rhode Island. Previously, he was Vice President for Strategic Growth at AECOM, a global Fortune 200 infrastructure firm. Mr. Bucci also worked on Capitol Hill as a top aide to United States Senator Jack Reed. In addition, he has led United States Senate, congressional and gubernatorial campaigns across the country.

Mr. Bucci graduated from Quinnipiac University.

Ganesh Mani is a Managing Director in Blackstone’s Private Equity Group. Since joining Blackstone in 2011, Mr. Mani has been involved in Blackstone’s investments in Sona Comstar, Aadhar Housing Finance, Trans Maldivian Airways, IBS Software, International Tractors Limited, CMS Info Systems, Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd., and Jagran Prakashan. Mr. Mani is involved in the evaluation of investment opportunities in the pharma and healthcare, financial services, automotive, and specialty chemicals sectors in South Asia. Mr. Mani currently serves on the Board of Directors of Sona Comstar.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Mani was an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group.

Mr. Mani received a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.

Kristen Langstine is a Managing Director and the Head of Diligence for the Hedge Fund Solutions Group (BAAM).  Ms. Langstine is responsible for governance of BAAM’s investing activities and implementation of strategic initiatives in partnership with BAAM’s investment and diligence teams.  She previously served as the Co-Head of the Business and Financial Evaluation Team which performs operational due diligence on the Hedge Fund Solutions Group’s underlying investment manager relationships and other key counterparties. 

Ms. Langstine joined Blackstone in 2010 upon graduation from The George Washington University, where she received a BBA with magna cum laude honors.

Catherine Ow is a Managing Director in the Private Wealth Solutions Group, based in Singapore. She is involved in the marketing strategy for the firm’s private wealth business in Asia.

Before joining Blackstone, Ms. Ow was a Managing Director and Head of APAC Marketing at Wellington Management. She has extensive experience in driving and overseeing regional marketing efforts in the investment management industry and has held similar roles in the Singapore Exchange, Russell Investments and First State Investments.

Ms. Ow received her Master in International Studies from the National University of Singapore and BA in Business Studies from the Nanyang Technological University.

Janice Lin is a Managing Director, Head of Canada in the Real Estate Group.

Before joining Blackstone, Ms. Lin was the Chief Investment Officer for Revera, Inc., a global owner of differentiated retirement living operators with residences throughout Canada, the U.S. and U.K. Prior to Revera, Ms. Lin held senior investment roles with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board’s Real Estate and Private Equity groups.

Ms. Lin received an MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, graduating Cum Laude. Ms. Lin is on the board of HLMS Developments, the development arm for Houselink & Mainstay Community Housing, Toronto’s largest non-profit supportive housing provider.

Ama Romaine is the Global General Counsel of Real Estate Asset Management. Ms. Romaine is also involved in the implementation of various strategic initiatives across Real Estate’s portfolio companies.

Before joining Blackstone, Ms. Romaine served as the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at G6 Hospitality, the parent company for the Motel 6 and Studio 6 brands. Previously, Ms. Romaine was the General Counsel & Head of Risk Management at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab and she held a number of positions with increasing responsibility in the hospitality industry, including as the Vice President & Senior Counsel for Brands at Hilton Worldwide.

Ms. Romaine received a BA (with honors) from York University and a JD, cum laude from Howard University School of Law. Ms. Romaine also serves as the Chair of the Initiative: Advancing the Blue & Black Partnership, a non-profit organization that she co-founded to foster healthy communities for all.

Owen Parker is a Managing Director in Real Estate Securities in Blackstone’s Structure Finance Group where he is involved in investments in liquid real estate securities.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Parker worked at Deutsche Bank, where he was most recently responsible for trading CMBS.

Mr. Parker holds a BS in Business Administration with an additional major in Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University, where he graduated with Honors.
